Mental Performance Coach - Former NRL Pro
Architect of Human Potential
I DID NOT CREATE VALHALLA MIND BECAUSE I HAD EVERYTHING WORKED OUT
I created it because I did not.
I spent seven seasons playing professional Rugby League.
From the outside, I was doing what many people dream of doing.
I was competing at an elite level.
I was physically strong.
I was disciplined.
I was prepared to work.
But internally, there were things I did not understand.
I did not properly understand who I was outside football.
I did not understand why I reacted the way I did.
I did not understand the beliefs, expectations and emotional patterns influencing my decisions.
I had been taught how to train nearly every part of performance except the part directing all the others.
My mind.
THE WORK STARTED AFTER FOOTBALL
When my playing career finished, I began looking for answers.
I studied performance, coaching, behaviour, emotional regulation, subconscious patterns, mindfulness, identity and the relationship between thought and action.
But the most important learning did not come from collecting qualifications or memorising theories.
It came from applying the work to myself.
I had to see the patterns I had spent years defending.
I had to understand how experiences from earlier in my life were still influencing the way I interpreted people and situations.
I had to take responsibility for reactions I had previously blamed on the outside world.
I had to learn that a thought appearing in my head did not automatically make it true.
And I had to practise responding differently.
That process changed the way I performed, communicated, coached and lived.
It also showed me how much of human performance is still left untrained.
WHY VALHALLA MIND EXISTS
Valhalla Mind exists to teach people what many of us should have been taught much earlier:
How thoughts are formed.
How past experience influences present reactions.
How the brain anticipates and interprets events.
How emotions affect attention and decision-making.
How automatic patterns are reinforced.
How to recognise when a pattern has taken control.
How to regulate yourself under pressure.
How to question your interpretation.
How to practise a more useful response.
This is not about becoming someone else.
It is about removing the interference that stops you accessing more of who you already are.

At Valhalla Mind, we don’t “coach mindset”—we reprogram the operating system of the mind. This isn’t therapy, and it’s not surface-level motivation. It’s a full internal upgrade built on neuroscience, psychology, peak performance training, and lived experience at the elite level.
Through the Valhalla process, clients learn to:
Recognize and interrupt automatic negative thought patterns.
Rewire the brain’s predictive models—transforming the way the mind interprets events.
Separate ego from essence, shifting from chasing approval to living in alignment with true potential.
Master emotional regulation under pressure, whether facing injury, competition, or high-stakes challenges.
Apply principles of responsibility, focus, and presence to sport, business, and life.
Valhalla Mind turns mental limitations into strengths, creating performers who are calm, adaptable, and consistently in control—no matter the arena.
