Tony Priddle

Tony Priddle knows what it's like to live at the top—and still feel like something's missing.

As a professional Rugby League athlete for seven seasons, he trained and competed at the highest levels of one of the world's toughest sports.

But beneath the physical strength and competitive success was a deeper struggle—battling low self-worth, no understanding of who he was, and the crushing realization that even the best training couldn't fix what was going on inside.

After his retirement, the real work began—not in the gym, but in the mind.

Frustrated by surface-level self-help and generic sports psychology, Tony began to uncover what truly drives lasting performance and fulfillment: the subconscious patterns, belief systems, and emotional programs that silently shape everything we do.

That journey led to the creation of Valhalla Mind—a mental conditioning system built to rewire the brain, unlock flow states, and help high performers take full command of their internal world.
